Individualized Instruction When you enroll your child at The Learning Lab, the first thing we do is assess your child's abilities, pinpoint problem areas, and develop an individualized instruction program based on the assessment results. Then the Center Director meets privately with you to review your child's strengths and needs and recommend a comprehensive, personalized program of instruction. It is the personalized program that makes the difference, as well as the commitment, caring, and positive reinforcement of each and every one of our staff. Right from the start, our staff works individually with your child to discover what will help him move forward in school. The Learning Lab forms a unique partnership with classroom teachers to ensure the progress achieved at The Learning Lab is also seen at school. Students' teachers are regularly consulted so that The Learning Lab curriculum can work in conjunction with classroom material.
